My N73 Hangs-up After Connecting to My PC

Problem:

My N73 hangs-up after i transfer my video files to my PC. I guess my N73 unit is infected by a virus. I found out that after I scan my computer units there were viruses found.I want to format my N73 unit but dont know what is the Operating System to be used for N73.

2. that code *#7370# is indeed great amy but i guess one even better solution is to have your unit's software upgraded. we have the same unit model. mine is an n73 music edition original. i havent upgraded my unit yet
