Up until about 5 mins ago my phone was working fine, then the screen froze and switched the phone off, now the phone will turn on but there is no sound and the display lights up but that is all it will do.
Solution:
- Just a suggestion, check that your SIM card has not been dislodged by removing the battery and re-positioning it!
- Thanks for the help but i just have a white screen appear .should i write this code there ?
- If you can enter this code in the phone it will reset it: *#7780#
